Graeme has extensive experience designing and leading portfolios, reforming program and project delivery practices, conducting health checks and go-live readiness assessments, implementing benefits realisation processes, and managing large transformation programs. 

Graeme is also a founding Director of 3Pillars Asia Pacific.
